Refund policy
This refund policy explains how Roundcraft Packet handles refund requests for independent VALORANT practice planning packets, custom intake review, and delivered training artifacts.
Before delivery
If a packet has not been prepared or delivered, a refund request can be sent to support@valorant-roundcraft.link with the purchase email, packet name, and reason for cancellation. We review whether custom work has begun and respond with the available resolution.
After delivery
Because packets may include custom role maps, callout notes, economy checklists, and VOD review prompts, delivered custom work may not be fully refundable. If an artifact is incomplete or does not match the agreed scope, contact support with the specific missing item so we can correct it or review a partial refund.
Exclusions
Refunds do not cover unrelated VALORANT performance outcomes, rank changes, matchmaking results, account issues, official game services, tournament decisions, or items never sold by this site. This policy should be read with the terms page.
