This privacy policy explains how Roundcraft Packet handles inquiry emails, roster notes, map-pool details, agent comfort notes, VOD references, and support records submitted for independent VALORANT practice planning.
Information we receive
Visitors may email support@valorant-roundcraft.link with practice context such as roster size, rank range, map pool, agent roles, scrim schedule, economy issues, and review goals. We do not ask for account passwords, Riot account credentials, payment card numbers, government IDs, or private authentication data.
How information is used
Submitted details are used to answer the inquiry, scope a packet, prepare planning material, handle support questions, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell roster notes or VOD references. If a message includes unnecessary personal or account-sensitive data, we may ask for a cleaner brief.
Retention and choices
