VALORANT agent pool planner for small teams

This planner helps a captain translate player comfort picks into a workable VALORANT agent pool with controller coverage, initiator utility, sentinel anchors, duelist entry plans, flex backups, and map-specific exceptions.

Planner sequence

  1. Record each player, current rank band, primary agent, backup agent, and least comfortable role.
  2. Map each agent to Ascent, Bind, Haven, Split, Sunset, Lotus, Icebox, or Breeze only where the team can explain the utility purpose.
  3. Mark one role gap per map and assign one custom-game drill before the team queues that map again.
  4. Review the first three lost gun rounds from a VOD and tag whether the loss came from role confusion, economy desync, or late utility.
